Sales Tax
Reggio Imports is located in South Dakota and Colorado and we are required by law to charge sales tax within both states for on-line purchases. No other states are charged sales tax.
Privacy Policy
We will not sell, share, trade, or give away any personal information that we receive regarding our customers. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect to process orders and provide a more personalized shopping experience. Please read on for additional details regarding our privacy policy.
What information do we collect? How do we use it?
We collect the domain name of e-mail addresses of visitors to our site. This information is used to monitor the site and improve the shopping experience for our customers. In addition we collect information such as survey responses, comments, purchasing and billing information, and any specific requests for services or information.

Upon ordering we collect your name, e-mail address, mailing address. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. On occasion we use this information to notify you of any important changes to the Web site, new services, and special offers we think you may find valuable.
Shipping Information
Domestic shipping is FREE with your $150 order! Reggio Imports ships via all major companies including USPS, UPS & Fed Ex.
Additional Domestic Shipping Information
  • Allow one to two business days for processing before shipping.
  • Delivery times are business days, i.e. Monday - Friday and do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
  • Signature required for orders with a value of $500 and above.
  • Reggio Imports will not reimburse for lost shipments where "no signature" was requested. A claim to the carrier will be submitted on your behalf, but please note the maximum carriers will reimburse is $100.
  • Refused shipment orders are responsible for the return shipping charge and will be deducted from your refund.
Return & Exchange Policy
Reggio Imports wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the item in its original condition postmarking (or USPS/FedEx/UPS) the package within 14 days of your receipt for a full refund, less shipping costs. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent; clean, unwashed, unworn and with the original tags affixed. Tags that have been cut off and pinned, or secured back on in anyway will not be accepted.

If you purchased an item from one of our Reggio Fashion Fanatics at a Trunk Show, Home Show or Special Event, please contact our Consultant directly and they will work with you on the return of the item. If you are not able to reach them, or do not have their contact information, contact customerservice@reggioimports.com or call 1-800-864-1097, and we will take care of the request.
Sale Items (excluding Final Sale items which are not returnable)
May be returned for store credit only and must adhere to the same criteria noted above. You will be issued a store credit upon return of the goods.
Final Sale items
These items are not returnable or refundable. Final sale items are all items that are discounted 70% or more and/or marked "Final Sale". Special Promotion Codes may not be used on final sale items and will not be applied towards final cost if used.
Damaged / Defective Product
All merchandise is thoroughly checked for defects and damage prior to shipping. If you have received a damaged or defective product please notify us at customerservice@reggioimports.comwithin 3 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund. We will replace a damaged item if available but we do not manufacture our products and we do not offer any warranty. Repair or replacement of damaged items are up the manufacturers' discretion.
Exchanges
Exchanges may only be made for the same item in a different size subject to availability. We are unable to process any exchanges for a completely different item. Exchange items are sent after the return item(s) have been received and undergone a quality control check.
Reggio Imports "Easy Return Policy"
For your convenience, we will issue you a pre-paid USPS return label if you wish to return an item. You may use this label for a charge of $5.95 which will be deducted from your return total. Simply fill out the return form included with your order, and e-mail customerservice@reggioimports.com within 14 days of your receipt of the order. We will issue a return label immediately.

You will receive an email notifying you when your return is complete, approximately 7 business days from our receipt. Please allow additional time for your credit card company to process.

Do you live close to our store in Mitchell, SD?
You may take your online return to our retail store. Please take your receipt/proof of purchase with you! You may also return items directly to our offices in Highlands Ranch, CO. Click here for directions and information.

Regardless if you mail, return to our store or offices, credits take approximately 7 business days from our receipt to complete. Please allow additional time for your credit card company to process.
